Session Description

As virtual schools grow and blended learning constructs are in greater demand, digital leaders face needs to contain cost and improve outcomes. Yet educators and policy makers alike struggle with restrictive models from previous generations that restrict agility in the acquisition, delivery and growth of new digital content models. Thus, this debate focuses on the convergence of fiscal limitations, political mood and public expectations for content and use and the tipping points ahead.
